A. Rubanesque of Dublin is Ireland’s only passementerie boutique. ‘The ribbon shop’ as A. Rubanesque is fondly known, has become renowned for its exquisite selection of internationally sourced trimmings, ribbons, lace and buttons all hand chosen by our owner, textile designer Alexa O'Byrne.

A. Rubanesque is proud to be the only stockist of hand finished Japanese Mokuba ribbon, the ultimate choice of Vera Wang herself and the ultimate choice for Brides and weddings.

‘The Ribbon Shop’ of Dublin was established in 2007 by textile designer Alexa O’Byrne and since then has become a household name for sourcing ribbons, lace, buttons and notions. We pride ourselves in hand selecting our internationally sourced collection.
