Orders

Can I buy Online?

Our web shop is being developed as you read. We hope to have it up and running as soon as possible. In the meantime you can order from us via email or telephone.

How are the trimmings sold? 

All of our trimmings, including ribbons and lace, are sold by the metre.


Do I have to buy a whole spool?

No, you do not have to buy a whole spool. All of our trimmings are sold by the metre.


Can I place my order by telephone or email?

Yes, we regularly take orders over the phone and via email. It is helpful if you have previously bought the item or know the stock code reference, however other arrangements can be made. We can send samples however we do have to charge for these and postage. Samples size is equal to 10cm and the charge is reflective of the trim’s price per metre.

How long will it take for my order to arrive at my home?

Ireland
Standard post with the Irish National Postal System, An Post, takes 2-3 days.
Next day courier should arrive within one working day if the order is placed before 12pm.

International
Delivery times to international countries vary dependent on the National Postal System of the country in question. If you have a question in relation to your specific area contact us and a member of our team will be able to advise you.

How long will it take for my order to arrive in store?

Lead times for products which are out of stock are product specific. Should you require information about a particular item that is out of stock contact us and a member of our team will be able to help you.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards excluding American Express.
We do not accept business or personal cheques.
We only accept bank transfers from registered business owners.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

As part of our store policy we do require a 50% deposit to be paid upon ordering and the 50% balance to be paid upon collection. Customers are entitled to pay up front for any order, in which case the customer’s details and deposit information will be kept on our system as well as on file detailing the balance due.

Where do you ship to?

Our delivery policy is open to all corners of the world. We delivery to Ireland, the UK, Europe and internationally.

Do I have to sign for my order?

Standard Post with the Irish National Post System does not require you to sign for your order. However if registered post is requested then signature upon delivery will be required.

Items sent by courier will be require a signature upon delivery.

International countries will be dependent on the specifications of their National Postal Systems.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Refunds and returns are available on all UNCUT products within 14 days of purchase, with a valid receipt and provided the packaging of the item is fully intact. For further details see our full Returns Policy.

Services

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Gift vouchers are available to buy in store, or by telephone. Vouchers can be issued from a minimum of €5 and are issued in the name of the recipient. This ensures that should the voucher be lost, we have a record of it on our system and can issue a new docket. Should you wish to purchase a gift voucher or have any queries regarding a current voucher please contact us and a member of our team will be able to assist you.

Can I return a gift voucher?

Unfortunately our gift vouchers are non-refundable.

How long are your gift vouchers valid for?

Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Do you provide a bowmaking service?

Bowmaking is one of our specialist services. For further information on prices and how to go about ordering your bows please see our services section.

Do you offer an alterations service?

We do not provide an alterations service in store, though we are happy to recommend local reliable businesses.
